Is the initial conversation free?

Yes. The first conversation is free and without obligation. We use it to understand your goals, constraints and timing, and to say honestly whether we are a good fit.

How quickly do you reply?

We aim to reply within one business day. Urgent tender or teaming requests are prioritised — note the opportunity number in the form and call 0402 401 584 if you need a same-day acknowledgement.

Do you work with government and councils?

Yes. We support South Australian Government agencies, local councils and prime contractors with ICT, AI, cloud and digital work. See our capability statement for ABN, capabilities and corporate documents available on request. We support suppliers and primes through SA Government procurement channels.

Do you work remotely or only in Adelaide?

We are based in Adelaide and prefer face-to-face workshops where they help. We also deliver remotely across South Australia and interstate when that suits the project. Hybrid delivery is common.

How do you price projects?

Most engagements start with a fixed-price discovery so scope and risk are clear. Delivery then runs as fixed-price stages, time and materials, or a monthly retainer for support — whichever fits the work. You get options in writing before you commit.
